Former RHOBH Star Eden Sassoon Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged Dog Attack: Claims of Negligence and Severe Injuries

Olga Mills has filed a lawsuit against former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Eden Sassoon.

The lawsuit alleges that Sassoon's Australian Shepherd, Winston, viciously attacked Mills and her dog, Gus, during a walk in Los Angeles.

According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Mills was walking Gus on a leash in August when Winston, being walked by a man named Ed Munoz (not Eden), allegedly attacked without provocation.

Mills suffered severe injuries from the dog bites, leading to cuts, bruises and a severe infection requiring hospitalization overnight.

Additionally, Gus, her dog, was also injured and required treatment and hospitalization at a veterinary clinic.

Mills alleges in the lawsuit that Winston had a history of violent tendencies, citing previous attacks on people.

Despite this alleged knowledge Mills claims that Sassoon allowed Winston out on the streets, knowing about his aggressive behavior and the potential risk he posed to others.

The lawsuit claims that the alleged dog attack caused permanent disability, scarring and disfigurement for Mills.

As a result she is pursuing significant monetary compensation from Eden Sassoon.
