Halle Berry finalizes divorce from Olivier Martinez, she Pay $8,000 a Month in Child Support

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez have finalized their divorce eight years after the couple filed in court.

"They have agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their 9-year-old son Maceo," the source added.

Berry also agreed to pay Martinez $8,000 per month in child support.

The Oscar winner and 'Unfaithful' actor announced in a statement in October 2015 that they 'have made the decision to divorce'

“We move forward with love and respect and we focus on our son.

"We wish each other nothing but happiness in life and will respect the privacy of our children," they said in a statement.

Berry and Martinez filed separate petitions for their divorce, both citing irreconcilable differences.

Berry and Martinez became close after meeting on the set of the 2012 film "Dark Tide" and married in July 2013 in France.
