The 30 Rock alum and The Bold and the Beautiful actress got engaged during an Italian vacation.

Boyfriend Adam Taylor got down on one knee and proposed as the two stood on a rocky beach in Positano.

"Happy to announce... we are no longer dating," Boden, 35, and Taylor, 42, wrote in a shared Instagram post.

Her announcement also came with a photo of Bowden covering her tear-filled face as she responded to Taylor asking the question.

He proposed with the sparkle of an engagement ring, which features a round-cut diamond set on a simple gold band.

Both were wearing swimsuits. Boden looked angelic in a white two-piece top with a see-through cover-up tied around her waist.
