Legal Battle Unfolds: Cassie Accuses Sean 'Diddy' Combs of Abuse and Assault
R&B singer Cassandra Ventura known as Cassie, sued Sean "Diddy" Combs in federal court.
She accused Combs her former boyfriend and music label signee of subjecting her to severe physical abuse, sexual slavery and rape during their 10-year relationship.
Ventura claimed that Combs forced her into sex acts with male prostitutes while he watched and filmed these encounters.
She also accused him of consistent physical abuse and controlling her through intimidation, drugs, and alcohol.
Ventura alleged that Combs raped her in 2018 when she expressed her desire to end their relationship.
Combs' lawyer vehemently denied these allegations, stating that Ventura's lawsuit was filled with baseless lies.
The lawyer claimed that Ventura attempted to extort $30 million from Combs by threatening to write a damaging book about their relationship, which failed leading to the lawsuit.
